Techniques
Using a tried and tested system we can allow for multiple teams to operate at various projects at the same time.
We use computers and our own integral Project Management system ‘PM’ to inform our project managers and site foremen about changes and progression on a minute to minute basis.
This allows us to operate smoothly over a number of sites simultaneously with confidence.
This system has taken us years to develop but minutes to implement:

NOT one claim against our Private Liability Insurance
AND
NOT one claim against our NHBC Liability Insurance
Not only that, with our strict Health and Safety code (58 pages in raw format) we have not yet had a serious accident of any kind!
All this for the entire duration of our company history (16 years)!
